RAISING MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON

Frequent anxiety attacks lately, with a major one at a mall parking lot last Friday. Took a while, no, an overnight, to recover. Hindi na nakakain. Then need mag-attend ng family affair the following day. Hindi pwedeng mag-arti artihan, dapat look and feel normal ka pa rin, act and talk as if everything's merry and bright. Di ka naman pwedeng maglagay ng placard na may "sakit" ka. Or "hindi pwedeng kausapin. Mental health issues ongoing" 😁 hirap di ba. Walang mukha ang anxiety and depression in this lifetime or in the next, or maybe in all lifetimes pa.  I look happy and fine in the photos right? 

Baka akala ninyo dahil lang busy, maraming ganap... Holiday blues are different, said to be a phenomenon but are temporary and may disappear after the holidays. Yun nga lang sabi sa research, they can affect or heavily impact those who already are struggling with mental health issues. Like us. Kaya sana, hindi lang tuwing Pasko, but always...have a heart and be kind 💜

Watched this series as I was curious kung pano cheer sa SK 📣🗣 nung una, mas bet ko si 2nd lead but male lead's charms showed later on. Yung character nya kasi, mej serious but pinalitaw ng female lead character yung cheerful personality nya in the end. I will miss this squad 🥰
