YOU FOUND ME. Woke up with a heavy feeling, and I assumed it was due to my antihistamine meds I took the night before.

Took a shower, had breakfast and paid my usual month-end bills and stuff. Couldn't use my Microsoft Office though, may problema, which was a bummer 😭 so wala muna ko excel, word, etc. Buset.

After a while, my tears would just fall, I don't know why. So I decided to just lock myself in my room, ignore everyone, curl up in my bed, until I'm good. Yes po, this is an example of a depressive episode 😔 madilim, malungkot, di mo maintindihan.

THEN, parang magic, Jungkook went on Weverse Live. Yun bang ilang beses na ko naisalba nitong mga batang ito na hindi nila alam. Ilang beses ninyo ba ko ililigtas ha, BTS? 💜

He sang Sing Street's To Find You, paulit ulit hanggang maperfect niya. Na hindi nya alam na gustong-gusto ko ang lyrics nito at yung MV 😭😭😭 lalong tumulo luha ko 😭😭😭

Present Me

 PRESENT ME. Last year, in my Mindful Self Compassion workshop, we were asked to write a letter to our future self and send it via email. Nawala na sa isip ko ito, I forgot all about it until I actually got the letter in my Yahoo mail today.

Have I changed? How was it? How am I? Sabi nga ni Tito Boy: Pam, kumusta ka na?

The journey is far from easy. In fact, a year later, I couldn't say I am wholly healed. I am still a work in progress. I still have my meltdowns and attacks and episodes. My hurtful past frustrations, disappointments, regrets, struggles, failures, heartaches --- the damage has been done and I have been paying for it since then - every single day of my life.

Sharing with you my letter to my Future Me (na ako na ngayon‼️ Warning: long letter ahead ‼️
