One of the most wholesome k-dramas I've seen!

6/12 halfway through the season na tayo

What I like about the drama:

💕Chemistry between the leads

💕Maturity of the characters, they are older and have more experiences in life pati yung circle of friends, mature ang usapan, wala na paliguy-ligoy, wala na pasikreto hehe

💕HR scenarios - yung dynamics sa workplace, boss-staff

💕Story not just dwells on the daily lives of the main characters but they have guest-characters like in Extraordinary Attorney Woo and May I Help You...The ones being recruited, or yung "Project", may insights, ung pagdeepdive into the characters, the back stories, the motivations, how the hunting is being conducted, galing. Naiyak ako sa Deluxe Line Luxury Brand Appraiser Project. May kurot (lalo na sa part na isinasapuso kasi yung trabaho, ganun ako eh kaya ako nabaliw di ba 🤣).

💕Refreshing, yung pagflip ng characters. CEO is female, pero sablay sa basic life skills (messy, insomniac, laging nauuntog, not good with names, laging mali ang nasasakyan na car, pagpush ng door ng office nya eh dapat pull, among others) tapos paka-organized and efficient ni Appa. Sobrang green flag 😍

💕Ang parang di ko lang type, yung back story nila as kids...even in other dramas, yung nagkacross paths na sila in the past tapos yun - the trauma, yung psychological effect sa kanila, ang nagiging issue nila sa present, talaga bang ang liit ng mundo hehehe this time parang they were in the same fire nung mga bata pa sila (si Eunho kaya ang sinave ng papa ni Jiyun. I hope I'm wrong) But let's see how this will be handled.

💕Actors

I've seen #HanJiMin in Our Blues and Behind Your Touch pero yung visuals nya dito, mas gusto ko. Sometimes she resembles Son Ye Jin to me. Ganda ng skin ni ante.

Ankol nyo  #LeeJoonHyuk nasa Our Beloved Summer and Vigilante (syempre nafocus ako kay Nam Joo Hyuk) pero mas gwapo sya dito. Ano ba itong mga.40s na ito, yuma-yummy pa ihhh dumadagdag pa ihhh

Second lead #KimDoHoon (who played a teen in Moving kaya hindi ako maka-get over dahil binata na nga pala itong si tutuy)

So we still have 6 eps to go, pero nasesepanx na ko 🤣🤣🤣

📌Must-see for HR practitioners, headhunters and those who scout for love...

I really didn’t plan on watching this, but in between waiting for new episodes of other dramas, I found myself laughing at the first episode, and the next and the next. I initially thought it was pure mystery-suspense thriller, the genre that I go for while watching a rom-com at the same time para maiba ang mood, thus the curiosity. 

1. I have watched both leads before (#LeeMinKi #MyLiberationNotes #Decibel and #HanJiMin #OurBlues) and I thought I would give this a chance. I was actually hoping na hindi na sila lagyan ng romantic angle, pwede naman eh, after watching halfway of the season I didn’t really see the need for it. In fact, pwedeng mag-survive ito without it. Ok na yung flirting ni Dr. Bong and SeonWoo.

2. The references to  #TwentyFiveTwentyOne and #MyLiberationNotes

3. The funny odd couples: #KimYongMyung (#Island) and #JooMinKyung (#SomethingintheRain); #KimHeeWon (#Moving #Misaeng) and #ParkSungYeon (#LoveAlarm #Abyss); and #ParkNoShik #Misaeng #BackstreetRookie and #LeeAJoo #KingTheLand

4. The versatility of #ParkHyukKwon (#ATimeCalledYou #RebornRich #LawSchool #SomethingintheRain #DreamHigh) pwedeng mabait na ahjussi, pwedeng salbahe

5. Yung kakaibang culture ng Mujin community, pati yung may ibang meaning pala yung sinasabi na laging trina-translate ni DeokHee LOL

6. Yung sisterhood / posse ni OkHui  

7. Sad nga lang ang story and ending ni SeonWoo played by Exo’s #Suho, who is so charming here. Yung mga hints, nuances na baka sya ang killer, yung motive, yun pala he already figured it out

8. Yung wala kang Oppa, pero tinapos, inabangan and na-enjoy mo, this for me is tops.

9. Dr. Bong: “It’s not about what you eat, but who you eat it with…You won’t be able to enjoy even the best food in the world with someone you hate. But if you’re with someone you like, everything you eat will feel like a feast.”  💯💯💯
