At first, akala ko hindi ako interested.

Umiiwas lang pala, because the drama deals with mental health, its illnesses and treatments. Too close to home. May trigger.

And I'm on my 3rd episode, kakastart ko lang this afternoon!

Natawa and nakarelate ako dun sa nasa seminar sila and the head nurse mentioned a couple she knows na nagchange ng sleeping habits after one of them was diagnosed with panic disorder.

Si Alex kasi, heavy sleeper yan. We used to joke around na kahit bagsakan mo ng kaldero, hindi yan magigising 😆

But ever since nawitness nya kung pano ang panic and anxiety attacks ko, lalo na early mornings nung pumapasok pa ko, nagigising na siya agad when it happens or kahit konting ingit ko lang. Wag lang naka-earbuds 🙄
